Speedy Bop LLC Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms

This Privacy Policy explains how Speedy Bop LLC ("Speedy Bop," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when people use our websites, store, communications, and digital games. It also describes the limited app data involved in Speedy Bop Arcade and the choices available to users and parents.

1 Scope

This Policy applies to speedybop.com, speedyboparcade.com, the Speedy Bop online store, the Speedy Bop Arcade website and iOS app, customer-service communications, promotions, events, and our email and text messaging programs (collectively, the "Services"). It does not govern third-party websites, apps, social networks, payment services, Apple services, or other services that we do not control, even when they are linked to or accessible through our Services.

2 Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.• Order information, such as products purchased, shipping and billing details, and order history.• Communications you send to us, including questions, support requests, reviews, survey responses, and messages.• Marketing preferences and records of consent to receive email or text messages.• Information you provide when entering a promotion, attending an event, or otherwise interacting with Speedy Bop.

Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Speedy Bop does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy policies.

Website and arcade technical information

When you use our websites or browser-based arcade, we and our service providers may automatically receive information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages or game resources requested, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and access dates and times. Cookies, pixels, server logs, local storage, and similar technologies may be used to operate and secure the Services, remember preferences, understand traffic, and evaluate marketing.

Speedy Bop Arcade gameplay information

Speedy Bop Arcade may process scores, achievements, gameplay progress, difficulty selections, audio and music preferences, and similar game settings. The game may also use a short nickname or initials for gameplay and score displays. Information kept only on the device or in the browser is not transmitted to Speedy Bop unless a feature described below sends it off the device.

3 Speedy Bop Arcade iOS App

Local and offline play

The iOS app is designed to support offline play. Scores, settings, progress, and a short nickname or initials may be stored locally on the device. Local app information may be removed when the app is deleted, subject to iOS backup and restore functions controlled by Apple and the user.

Game Center

If Game Center is enabled, the app may submit scores and achievements to Apple and may request Game Center information needed to provide leaderboards and achievements, such as a Game Center nickname, avatar, player identifier, scores, and achievement progress. Speedy Bop uses that information only to provide and support Game Center features. Apple operates Game Center and handles information under Apple's own terms and privacy notices. A user's Game Center visibility, friends, parental controls, and activity-sharing choices are managed through Apple settings.

Sharing

A user may choose to share a score, achievement, message, image, or app link through the iOS share sheet. Sharing occurs only after the user selects a destination and confirms the action. The selected recipient, app, or service processes the shared information under its own privacy practices. Speedy Bop does not receive the user's contact list merely because the share sheet is opened.

Haptic feedback and device functions

The app may use device haptics to provide gameplay feedback. Haptic feedback does not require Speedy Bop to collect biometric, motion, health, contact, microphone, camera, photo-library, or precise-location information. If a future feature requests additional device permission, we will provide an in-app explanation and update this Policy and applicable App Store disclosures before using the new data practice.

Diagnostics and Apple analytics

Apple may provide developers with crash, performance, installation, and usage reports when users allow applicable analytics sharing. We may use reports made available to us to diagnose problems, maintain security, and improve the app. Depending on Apple's reporting controls, this information may include device or operating-system characteristics, app version, crash details, and general interaction or performance information. We do not use this information to track users across other companies' apps or websites.

Current app limitations

The planned initial app does not require a Speedy Bop account and is not designed to collect email addresses, telephone numbers, physical addresses, payment-card information, contacts, photos, videos, audio recordings, precise location, health information, or advertising identifiers through gameplay. It does not include direct messaging, chat, public user-generated content, third-party behavioral advertising, or cross-app tracking. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and the app's App Store privacy disclosures before or when the change takes effect, as required.

4 How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Process, fulfill, ship, and support orders and returns.• Respond to questions, provide customer support, and communicate about transactions.• Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.• Provide gameplay, local preferences, Game Center leaderboards and achievements, sharing, and other requested app functions.• Send marketing messages when you have consented or when otherwise permitted by law.• Measure website and app performance, understand use, and prevent fraud or misuse.• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect Speedy Bop, our customers, and others.

5 How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

• Service providers that support hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, shipping, customer support, email, SMS delivery, analytics, diagnostics, security, and business operations.• Apple, when a user uses Game Center, App Store, iOS sharing, analytics, backup, or other Apple-operated services.• A sharing destination or recipient selected by the user through a device sharing function.• Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors, when reasonably necessary.• Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.• A buyer, successor, or other party involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.• Other parties when you direct us to disclose information or give us permission.

We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. We do not use information from the Speedy Bop Arcade iOS app for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising. Depending on the law where you live, certain website analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a similar regulated activity.

SMS data protection

Customer data is not shared with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes. Consumer SMS registration data, including mobile telephone numbers, opt-in records, and consent information, is never transferred or shared with any external organization for any purpose. Any information sharing described elsewhere in this Policy excludes consumer SMS registration data, except vendors acting solely to deliver the messaging service or as required by law.

6 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites, store, and browser-based arcade may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember preferences, maintain local scores or settings, understand traffic, protect against fraud, and evaluate marketing. You can adjust browser settings to reject or delete these technologies, but some functions may not work properly. Where required, we will provide additional cookie choices or honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals.

7 Email and Text Messaging

Program uses

If you provide contact information, we may send conversational messages to answer questions, provide support, and communicate about orders. If you separately opt in, we may also send marketing messages about Speedy Bop products, promotions, events, and offers.

Text-message choices

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts or HELP for assistance. You may also contact support@speedybop.com. We may send one confirmation after an opt-out request and may continue sending nonmarketing messages when necessary to complete a transaction or respond to your request.

8 Speedy Bop Messaging Terms and Conditions

The messaging program consists of conversational messages that answer questions and provide customer support, promotional offers or discounts, and information about Speedy Bop products and services.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the telephone number from which you received messages. We will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To join again, sign up again through an authorized Speedy Bop opt-in method. Reply HELP for assistance or contact contact@speedybop.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on communication needs. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

9 Children's Privacy

Speedy Bop Arcade is a family-friendly game and children may play it. The arcade is designed to avoid collecting personal information from children through gameplay. It does not ask a child to provide a real name, email address, telephone number, physical address, precise location, contacts, photos, audio, or other direct contact information. A short nickname or initials used for local gameplay should not contain a child's real name or other identifying information.

The Speedy Bop online store, customer-support channels, promotions, and marketing programs are intended for adults. Children under 13 should not place orders, contact customer support without a parent or guardian, join marketing lists, enroll in text messaging, or submit personal information to us.

Game Center is operated by Apple and may be subject to the child's Apple Account, Family Sharing settings, and parental controls. Parents and guardians should review and manage those settings. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid parental consent, we will delete it as required. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review or deletion.

10 Your Privacy Choices

• Email marketing: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us.• Text marketing: reply STOP or use another reasonable method to tell us to stop.• Cookies and website storage: use browser controls and any cookie-choice tools offered on our website.• Game Center: manage profile visibility, friends, activity sharing, nearby players, and related settings through Apple device settings.• Local app information: clear available in-app data, reset settings where offered, or delete the app. Apple backups may retain a copy according to the user's Apple settings.• Sharing: do not confirm the iOS share sheet or choose a destination if you do not want information shared.• Account and contact information: contact us to request correction or an update.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Submit a request using the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request when permitted by law. You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

11 Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to complete transactions, provide support, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and purpose. Local app data remains on the device until removed through app controls, app deletion, or device and backup management. Game Center data is retained and managed by Apple under Apple's policies and user controls.

12 Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13 International Processing

Speedy Bop LLC is based in the United States. Information handled by us or our providers may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ from those in the user's location. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

14 Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or interact with Apple, social networks, payment providers, marketplaces, sharing destinations, and other third-party services. Their practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage users and parents to review them.

15 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services, app features, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version and change the "Last updated" date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
